Cultural Diversity In Australia

  Australia is one of the most culturally diverse populations in the world. In its 2011 Census, more than 75% of Australians identified as having an ancestry other Australian and 18% of people surveyed spoke a language other than English at home. Around 2% of the population came from indigenous backgrounds and 43% have at least one parent who was born overseas. A 2010 comparison conducted by the Australian Bureau of Statistics highlighted the Australian labour force consisted of 11 million people, of which 29% were born overseas. So how do you encourage cultural diversity in your workplace? 1. Agile or Waterfall: making the right choice

  One of the first decisions we face for each of our project implementations at Segue is “Which development methodology should we use?” This is a topic that gets a lot of discussion. When it comes to methodologies there are two basic and most popular options. one is Agile and the other one is waterfall. Waterfall Model methodology which is also known as Liner Sequential Life Cycle Model. Waterfall Model followed in the sequential order, and so project development team only moves to next phase of development or testing if the previous step completed successfully. Agile methodology is a practice that helps continuous iteration of development and testing in the software development process. Google Slides vs PowerPoint: Why Google slide is better option.

  PowerPoint has been the worldwide leading presentation software for over 30 years now. Compared to PowerPoint, Google Slides was introduced only a few years ago but have been steadily gaining speed until then. In terms of affordability, Google slide is a pat of Google Docs and its completely free. PowerPoint is a part of  Microsoft office software package. In order to use it, a user needs license for MS office.
